Grant Ayvazyan's and Thomas Gerhart's Unsolved Problems
Cosmos (The California State Summer School for Math
and Science) is at UC Davis for its first year. There are six divisions,
or clusters, which offer different areas of study. The 79 students
enrolled came from all over California and were split up into the
six Clusters ranging from 12-16 students. The Clusters meet on a
daily basis taking classes based on the theme for each Cluster.
In the end of COSMOS the students are required to present their
project to the parents and fellow COSMOS students. Grant Ayvazyan
and Thomas Gerhart created this web site in completion of the COSMOS
Program.
